Originally from rural County Durham, I achieved a degree in Animal Behaviour in Lincoln, before going on to achieve qualified teacher status and embarking on a career in teaching. 

After struggling to find the right creator for our wedding cake in 2009, I ended up decorating the cake myself.

Now, after years of creating cake designs for family and friends whilst working in education,  I am now settled in Saxilby, Lincolnshire and produce quality designs from our country kitchen.

 

I believe that a celebration cake should not only look incredible, but taste delicious. I only use quality ingredients, priding myself on sourcing local and British ingredients where possible, always using Free Range Eggs and only using Fairtrade chocolate, coffee and bananas.
